2006 WHAT A CLASSIC (Part 1)

What a year 2006 has been for MAGIC ..................Two teams Magic Touch plus Magic Legends , Two league wins and Tournament final , launch of "off pitch" urban wear !

A little reminder of how good it really has been !

Spring Season 2006 Surrey Quays , we didn't win but the Skipper(Glenn) carried us to new levels of commitment and fun on/off the pitch !!

The Hulk squeezed into an extra tight tshirt scary and even scored a try or two ! Woody and his now legendary short shorts .Three Tartans (that's Glenn's real hair) plus michy with her onions and Liz shooting from her hip ........... Dave (plastic) and Mark (real deal go the Dubinlier)

Glenn has been an massive part of Magic and on the Committee for several years .I would like to thank him for all his help and assistance in the last year , he is our most reliable player bar none.

His speeches have meant our 2nd half performances are always an improvement on our 1st as we always like to go down one nil after 25 seconds !!

My personnel favourite pitch time was

2006 - Thames Valley Tourmement (Windsor)

Was good to play so much touch rugby in one day , we introduced several new faces to magic Belinda and Danii plus none other than my other brother in law the mighty Kieran Beirne who really put himself about on the pitch several diving touches to boot . Woody got us into the final , with score in the last 20 seconds of the plate semi final against a team whos average age must have been 21 against ours 30 plus !We also appeared on Sky TV which was very exciting and funny too !!!
